The electromagnetic heating reactor utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve heating through the eddy current effect generated by high-frequency current in the conductor. Specifically, when an alternating current passes through a coil wound outside the reaction vessel, numerous closed current loops (i.e. eddy currents) are induced in the inner wall of the vessel (usually made of metal). These eddy currents generate heat due to resistance when flowing inside the metal, thereby transferring heat to the reaction material and achieving the heating purpose. Compared to traditional steam heating or resistance wire heating methods, electromagnetic heating has higher energy conversion efficiency and faster heating speed.
